  • Intensive deepening of topics through practice coaching
  • One-on-one discussions following practical experience
  • Reflection of practical experience
  • Modification and optimization of future strategies

  • Participants: usually 1 person, if necessary, also 2 or 3
  • Duration: 2 hours to max. 2 days

Normally, a coaching is preceded by an individual training and is followed by telephone support or coaching.
